We listen carefully and collaborate with clients to deliver contemporary architecture which is both functional and personalised to their budget & brief. Our designs are unique to each site; creating buildings that are sympathetic to the surroundings and maximise connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.
We aspire to create spaces that are modern, refined and open, yet balanced with a warmth and richness required for domestic living. Our work blends influences from both English and Australian styles with the aim to achieve timeless designs.
At Vint & Smith our designs embrace light and space, the warmth of natural materials and attention to detail to create beautiful homes for modern lifestyles.
